The site is hosted by OVH SAS (OVHcloud), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, www.ovhcloud.com. Phone: 1007, free from France, or +33 9 72 10 10 07 from outside it.
OVH SAS is a French company, and the service is billed and run from France. This site and the audience statistics it keeps, at stats.netmesafe.com, answer on that one server: there is no content delivery network and no third-party proxy in front of it.
4. Intellectual property
The text, images, layout and code of this site, the SSHive name and the app icon belong to NETMESAFE. Reusing them beyond a short quotation needs our written agreement; the request goes to contact@netmesafe.com.
SSHive is not open source. There is no public source repository and no open source licence covering the app or this site: it is a paid app, free to download, with a single in-app purchase. Third-party components used inside the app remain the property of their authors and keep their own licences; nothing on this page restricts them.
5. Trademarks mentioned
Apple, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Mac App Store, App Store, Touch ID and Face ID are trademarks of Apple Inc. SSHive is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple.
The other software named on this site, in particular on the comparison pages, belongs to its respective owners. We name those products in order to compare what they do with what SSHive does. That is descriptive comparison, and it implies no partnership, no affiliation and no approval in either direction.
6. Contact
Write to contact@netmesafe.com: legal, commercial or technical, it is the same mailbox and a person reads it. Expect an answer within a few working days. The phone number +33 6 03 30 18 94 is published on the App Store listing and works too, though email gets a better answer to anything technical.
One thing does not go through us: refunds. Every purchase is taken by Apple on the App Store, so a refund is requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the reason is that something is broken, write to us first: the last customer who asked for a refund had the bug fixed and shipped two days later instead.
