The messages of the SFTP panel, and what each one asks of you.

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| SFTP connection lost before the operation finished | The connection dropped: Resume in the transfer queue |
| Permission denied, in the words of the server | Your account may not write, or not read, here |
| Upload limited to 10 MB in the free version | Pro, or a smaller file |
| Nothing to download: socket, named pipe or device, not a file. | This is not an ordinary file |
| File too large (> 10 MB) - use SFTP transfer | Download the file instead of opening it in the editor |
| A message saying the FTPS connection stopped because the identity of the server was not confirmed | You cancelled the certificate warning; nothing was sent |
