Keyboard shortcuts
The Keyboard Shortcuts window: the Help menu, or ⇧⌘/.

To change one: Settings > Shortcuts, click the key, type the new combination (Escape cancels). The arrow button goes back to the original shortcut. The ones marked as set by the macOS menu cannot be changed.
